Company closes first tranche of private placement

Auramex Resource Corp. (the “Company”) announces that it has closed a first tranche of the non-brokered private placement announced January 24, 2018, and January 26, 2018 for 9,625,000 units for gross proceeds of $770,000. . The first tranche issuance is for a total of 7,030,000 units at $0.08 per unit for total proceeds of $563,400.  Each unit consists of one common share and one share purchase warrant.  Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share for a period of two years from date of issue at a price of $0.10 per share. 

The common shares and warrants issued under this placement are subject to a four month hold

period from the date of issue under applicable securities law.

The private placement has been approved by the Company’s board of directors excluding those

directors that have a direct interest in the private placement.

The Company incurred $10,560 as finders’ fees in connection with the placement. The proceeds of the private placement will be used for debt settlement, property exploration and working capital.

The private placement is subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
